Where do I begin?

CHUCK HENCH (the boss of NPPL)
Running like a girl from the pool deck into the restaurant tossing chairs to avoid being "chucked" into the pool on Sunday night. Man that guy can run.

THE IRANIAN PLAYER
Who picked up a girl in KL on Thursday night - took her back to his room and found out that she was a she male. Having never done it in the ass, he went ahead with it anyway.

YOSH RAU
"nice (LV) shades Yosh - where did you get them from?"
YOSH- "err...they were 10 bucks from Panama..."

INFAMOUS PART 1 - GLENN TAKEMOTO.
Tells LB in the center to "shoot shane". He proceeds and shoots team mate Shane Howe in the back during a game- twice. The ref sorts of sees paint on Shane's back but doesn't believe it. Shane is like deep in his bunker in front of Glenn there is no way he would have been shot in the back. After the thrid check only then he pulls Shane.

INFAMOUS PART 2
With 6 guys in the dead box - Sneak a gun into the dead box and try to shoot their own last man.

INFAMOUS PART 3
When the last guy runs out of paint with 5 Dynasty guys coming for him. He wavies his arms and yells "IM" OUTTA PAINT YA BITCHES!"

INFAMOUS PART 4
Because he doesn't get shot he's not out - he runs from the right corner to the left corner where the rest of the Infamous guys tell him to "shoot Ryan (Greenspan)" which he does and nails him on the 50 from the back corner with one shot!

JUNIOR BROWN
At the opening ceremony all the teams had to sit in the grandstand with all our gear on and XSV was sweating and suffering under the sun. Junior yells "THE WHITE MEN ARE MELTING"

There I was with all the other Captains including Alex Fraige, LB Fow, Neil Eberle and Thomas Taylor waiting to greet the Minister of Tourism Datin Azlina. Upon being told that Dynasty has to play XSV in an exhibition match with her on their team Alex goes "oh no" and I yell- "put her in the snake". Thomas goes "I'm not shooting her... I want to be able to leave the country"

DAVEY WILLIAMSON
As Infamous was going into play- Rusty Glaze's Ego was beeping the chrono so he comes out looking for another gun. The Dynasty guys were just outside and saw everything. Davey yells "hey I got a Shocker here that shoots really good you can use - I promise I won't tell your sponsor if you use it"

THOMAS TAYLOR
On getting bitten by mosquitoes a lot - "THEY"RE EATING ME ALIVE!" .

XSV
Thomas Taylor and Anthony grab Dustin and chuck him into the pool- right after he finishes his beer. I TOLD Dustin not to finish his beer.

Thomas tells Anthony to get on the water slide and as he slides down TT sticks his arm out and clothes-lines Anthony.

CONRAD RANGELL, DUSTIN AND NICKY VEGAS XSV
Went out into the jungle on Sat morning to look for monkeys- they found nothing but a black dog and they came back and told everyone "WE SAW A PUMA!"

CONRAD RANGELL PART 2
Conrad asks me on the bus what fruits do monkeys like. I told him "bananas". That night he brings back a bunch of bananas from the field just to look for monkeys on Sunday morning.

Got fired from his job because he left to come and play paintball in Malaysia.

We bumped into him walking barefoot back from the beach in his speedos - "some asshole stole my thongs"

Would light up a cigarette just before going into the chrono booth and smoke half of it- put in somewhere in the grown and come back for it and continue smoking it after the game.

Player Sponsorship + HB09

PRO PLAYER SPONSORSHIP
I was talking to one of the young pro players he he told me that it is not easy being a pro player who is struggling in financial terms. He has to rely on an outside sponsor to get them basic things like a marker, tank and loader just to get on the team. He had to cut his internet access off at home to save money.

So I am thinking if he needs a sponsor next year- my blog and the readers could help to chip him to sponsor him. I think all we need is maybe about USD$1200-1500 and if 60 people chipped in about USD20 each we'd be able to raise $1200 min.

I think it would be a first and a really cool thing to be involved and to help out a pro player. I think it would be really cool to see our names or a logo all the way from Singapore/Malaysia on a Pro Jersey over there.

Any comments on this idea please post them up.

NPPL HB09
I am seriously thinking of going to Huntington Beach for NPPL Super 7s next March. Not only just going there to watch the games but I'd like to try and get on NPPL Live and commentate on some of the games. I have spoken to Chuch Hench about commentating he seemed positve about it. I will write to Nick Truter and see what he thinks- even if they give me 2 mins on an Thursday slot I'd be pretty happy.

As some of you might know- Deamonz Reds are going to HB in 09 - at least I'll have some kaki to hangout and crew for if they need some help.

I'm starting to save up for NPPL HB09 now- lets see how we go.

RAZA Proflex by Todd Martinez

I was hanging out in the players room and was chatting with Todd Martinez and I told him that I see his Contract Killer JT mask everywhere in magazines. He told me that its his lucky mask. Then he surpised me by saying "hey- I'll hook your mask up with some cool stickers if you want"

I just bought a mask from Ryan Greenspan so I ran out to get it from my gear bag and passed it to Todd - who spent a good half hour putting his RAZA stickers on it.


There you go- as far as I know it's the only "RAZA" Proflex in this part of the world personally done for me by Todd Martinez.


And to top it off he went over to Yosh Rau and ask for some headhands that Yosh had and then pass me his "Raza" headhand.


I got this mask from Ryan Greenspan mainly because it had this cool Blue Bandana KM Strap and it came with a Dynasty World Tour T shirt.

Chris is selling his last Stripper DM8. Only 30 editions were made for him by Josh Turbin Design. Asking price $1400.

This gun is a bit more special than the Ollie Lang DM8 which was mass produced. The signature and custom design and edition number of 30 makes this gun that little more special.

I didn't realise we were an 'all-star' team until I saw this photo - or I'd taken out one of my pro jerseys and worn it in the games.


This is one of my fav times with the team- when we all first meet up and we're all just hanging in the hotel room- fixing up and cleaning our markers. As for me I just take out my Cyborg- oil the bolt and I'm good to go. My gun is ready in 5 mins with tank and loader on.


When you have a certain model of marker *ahem* - you have to be cleaning and relubing those suckers all the time


Ah yes- this is what I had to fix last year for Ben and what I call "the ultimate snake gun" Its a "ah beng chia" drop forward that is so far forward that I had to figure out how to run the inline hose. My solution is to run it FORWARD and them U turn it back to the ASA below. Thus the ION is super tight- hence the name "The Ultimate Snake Gun"

Tood Martinez was suspended for 6 games by Chuck for shooting at the Bushwackers after he was eliminated. So he sat out the remainder of Dynasty's games - generally amusing himself and everyone around him. After talking to us and taking a few photos with us... and - [SHIT now I remember he was filming us on his video cam. We have a t shirt that says "Wiping is for Assholes" on the back which I promised to send him. He made a comment that "Wiping is for Bushwackers"]


Anyway right after this he spots Gary Lee trying out the quad bike and Todd goes "hey I gotta get me a ride on THAT!" runs across the running track and jumps on behind Gary.


XSV vs THE COCONUT
These pics by Jon are from sunday night- we were hanging out with the XSV guys. Conrad and Anthony disappeared to "go get money from our room so we can buy you beers" - they were gone for a good half hour. Turns out- they took a detour to the beach to get a coconut because Thomas wanted one. Thomas spent half the night hacking into it with a butter knife and then smashes it on the floor- the pics are on them trying to drink from it.

It still looks sweet despite being an 06 gun - the green colour is nice probably because it is an unusual colour in paintball.

I finally got some photos from the weekend from Jon - I'll upload when I can to this post.


This is one of my favs because it shows how cool the guys were- we just hung out with them at the bar on Friday night. This pic is with the XSV boys.

Mr sexy cool, Prince of the bushwackers with Jon. He was drinking alone by the pool so the guys hung out with him till 2am.


Me and Conrad Rangel - the first XSV jersey I got was his jersey from 07 and that was his first pro season. When I told him that I got his jersey he ws so stokked "no way!". Conrad in just 21 - finished high school and wanted to go pro so he started practicing with XSV at Rich's field. At first he couldnt get on the team so he continued to practice for almost 2 years and 07 was the first time he made the pro team. He also coaches greco and free style wresting to suppliment his income. He loves animals and wants to see everything there is to see and experience in the world - like walking in the jungle and seeing wild animals etc.


This pic is from Ben- it was really good to see Jason and Ben hang out and be good friends. Jason and his brother are playing for Bushwackers and they hung out and talked to us like any normal kid. Jason had a girlfriend back in the states so Ben lent him his phone to call her a few times. Of all the young layers the Bushwackers are the most easy going- they came to our tent and hung out with us and borrow our gear! hahahah. Pros borrowing our gear. Jason needed a tank so we hooked him up. When Ben played an awesome game- he went and bunkered the 50 dorito and went all the way down the firl to finish the last guy off- the whole Bushwacker team was watching and they all cheered for Ben - that was a proud moment for every in the team for Ben.

Interesting

Someone called me up out of the blue today from JB asking if I had some of the Markers as seen on my blog. Well the answer is - no I don't have all the markers for sale.

Most of the guns you were WERE for sale but only at Desaru last Sunday- along with the TT google straps.

I told everyone about it long time ago - now is a bit too late. And well some of you had to go play in NPL in Melaka so you guys lucked out on some pretty sweet deals. I got and Ego form TT and My team mate scored a bushwacker edition Ego from Mr hot dude Prince.

I can try hook some people up with Jerseys with the pro teams. But I'll only do it for people I know. I want to support the pros in getting their stuff sold but I don't want to end up being a jersey bazaar.

Anyway- next time the pros come into town- let me know what you want and I'll hook you guys up. Same goes for the pros- they all know me by now heh heh.

This new grip form Hybird is so sweet I'd buy a red Billy Wing DM8 just to put this grip on it.

The Holy Grail of Jerseys

This is it- the ‘holy grail’ of PB jerseys - this is the 06 digi-camo version that was used at only one PSP event. It was Junior Brown's first tournament- I think he told me it was Chicago.

This is a super freaking hard to find jersey- every XSV fan is looking for it. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it in a magazine Rich Telford was giving training tips. I had never seen it and can hardly find photos of them playing with it. I asked around and found out that it was only used at that one event. And I finally finally managed to get one.

When Neil Eberle told me he brought some ‘old’ XSV jerseys with him to sell. I asked him if he had the ‘digi-camo’ one from 06 and he said “yeah- I got two”.

I was over the moon. I was grinning all night o n Friday at the VIP dinner. And the price was friggin cheap too considering its the holy grail.

Only one more jersey to get... and I also got a damn good ‘lobang’ to get it. He works for KEE Action and they sponsor the Bullets and he’s good friends with Ollie- so If he cant get from Kee he’s going to ask Ollie.

MALAGA FIELD BY DYNASTY'S RYAN GREENSPAN

Here you go- as I promised. Malaga field plan and plays by Ryan Greenspan of Dynasty.

Ignore the brackets and the numbers- these were drawn on Icon's play book. Just read the marker diagrams.

For those who don't know- we be playing in MPOC4 in 2 weeks and one of the fields is based on the Malaga field. So this is for the benefit of those who are going to play in MPOC4.

Remember this one? I featured this in April. Glenn brought it along and I actually held it more than a few times. Its a Ego7- sale price USD$1k. Still available. One of One.

Infamous Eric Prum's Custom Ego 8

Of all the custom jobs I saw over the weekend - this the the best. I would have bought this 1 of 1 Eric Prum's (Infamous) Ego 8 personalised by Raza/Chis Corcino.

His asking price was USD$1200 which is not bad if you throw in the laser art work by Chris for about US$200 the marker is only US$1000.

Eric is the smallest guy on the team and the youngest and a pretty cool guy too. I really wanted to get the gun to support him but I'd already done my gun deal with TT.
If he still has it next time he comes I'd def get it.

Its got the team name on the Front, 211 on the foregrip is is address and his name and number is on the back stock. The Pie Omega Omega on the side is his frat at Virginia.

Eric works for Todd Martinez who owns Raza and if you send your marker to Raza to be customised- Eric is the guy who will be handing it over to Chris.

EDIT- If any of the guys at RAZA is coming over next year or to the World Cup- I'm going to get Eric to get me an Ego Lazered by Chirs Corcino with my name, red sevens and my jersey number.

NPPL ASIAN INVITATIONAL

Flora Fest Asian Invitational was the best paintball event I have ever been to.

It was an easy weekend- not having to get up at 6am- our games started at 10/11am. We played only 5 games. I got to hang out with all the pros and bought lots of gear at dirt cheap prices. And I hooked up a lot of people with good deals with the pros.
